Soft Washing

Aquashine CLT

Soft washing is a method of cleaning exterior surfaces in residences that uses a low-pressure jet of water combined with specialized cleaning solutions. This process is ideal for removing mold, algae, lichens, fungi, bacteria, and other biological contaminants without damaging delicate surfaces such as roofs, siding, and wood or vinyl facades.

The typical soft washing procedure includes the following steps:

Preparation

Areas to be cleaned are cleared and plants, windows, and other nearby objects are protected.

Selection of cleaning solutions

An appropriate mixture of detergents, algaecides, and other cleaning agents specific to the type of surface and contaminants is chosen.

Application of the solution

The cleaning solution is applied evenly over the surface using a low-pressure nozzle.

Actin time

The solution is left to act for a certain time to break down biological contaminants and adhered dirt.

Rinsing

Finally, the surface is rinsed with low-pressure water to remove residue from the cleaning solution along with dirt.

Soft washing is a safe and effective method to clean delicate surfaces without risk of damage, preserving the integrity and appearance of residential structures.
